Required. Appointment references, quotes, payment links, and follow-up notices are always delivered here.
Optional when email is preferred. Required when Telegram is preferred. Use the same Telegram handle the customer will use to start the bot, for example @olmarkclient, or a Telegram chat ID.
Email First

Email is the guaranteed delivery channel from the moment you book. Telegram is optional and becomes active after the customer starts the bot once with the same Telegram identity.

We will always use your email for appointment and ticket communication. If Telegram is selected as the preferred channel, it will be treated as an additional linked route after the bot has been started once with the same handle.
